Guy, just thought I'd drop you a line to say a big thank you for your help in my recent bike (s!) swap. As you know, I was finding riding sports oriented bikes a bit of an issue, oh the joys of getting old, and needed to move onto something a little less radical than the Street Triple RS. Despite not having what I wanted in stock, you managed to find my new bike with little fuss, agreed to take both my existing bikes in and we were able to do the deal within about 30 minutes, completely hassle free.
I cannot thank you enough for making this change as easy as it could possibly be and I will be back to talk to you when I feel like another change. I would also recommend anyone that is looking for a nearly or even new bike should call you first. I'm sure you will go that extra mile, literally, as you did for me.

Happy Weds.

Yep, as per last email SOS delivered the bike on time and after a further confirmation call from them this morning. Well done.

Weather is brief sunshine followed by HEAVY showers (typical April weather here on the west coast of Scotland) today. Needless to say finally manged to seize a gap in the rain and head out for my 1st wee ride after some 8 years out of the saddle.

I had to sell my last bike as a result of the recession but delighted to now be back on a bike. Whilst the Honda doesn't have the raw grunt of my last Ducati Multistrada 1000DS, it is perfect for my planned use of mainly commuting to the day job up/down the Ayrshire coast.

The bike is just as good as you had filmed. All as described. All the MOT and service doc history is good to have too. I noted the last MOT comments viz. tyres so glad we swapped these out for new ones.

Thank you for the matching tank protector which I know you didn't charge me for.

So far so relived after much anxiety after losing my cherry with a first remote motorcycle purchase.

Many thanks again for your persistence and assistance in this purchase. You are obviously very particular as to what s/hand stock you sell on so keep to this mantra as it obviously pays dividends in the end.

So all looks great and hopefully will get a drier day or two over the Easter period to take her a bit further afield in advance of my planned commutes to Ayr and back next week.

As requested please find attached scanned signed copy of your 3 month warranty form.

Feel free to use any of the above comments as another very positive feedback listing to your many others.

Many thanks again and be sure that I will revert back when the time comes for something a little bit 'bigger'.

I had been looking for a KTM 990 adventure for some time but the right one never seemed to appear within reasonable distance of my home. Eventually I spotted one that ticked all the boxes which was great. The concern was it was in Bournemouth. Around a six hour drive from me and I didn't even bother looking at train times!! I called Motorbiking and spoke to Paul. I had quite a few questions about the bike which he answered as if it was his own machine. I was still very nervous about handing over what to me is a fairly large sum of money for something I had only seen in pictures. I asked Paul to make a short video of the bike to get a bit more detail and to hear her running. Paul gladly obliged and sent me the video. I knew it was the right bike but was still nervous. I agreed to buy it and it was duly delivered. Taxed and insured straightaway and out for a quick ride and my doubts were blown away by what a great bike I have bought. All I can say is Paul and the team must take great care in selecting bikes to sell as my KTM is fantastic. Anyone else in my position finding the right bike so far away need not fear if it done through Motorbiking. Many thanks to Paul and the team. I am sure I have many happy miles ahead of me.
