Having the service done before I picked it up was really helpful. Your customer service was very polite and professional - even though it was a busy Saturday. You have a great carefully chosen range of stock there. Your garage bit looks exactly how a workshop should do. To everybody - it's worth the travel down to Christchurch to get your machine there - you won't be disappointed. The train station really is just under 10 minutes walk away.... there is also a Premier Inn very close by. I've done about 800 miles on it now travelling in and out of Bristol to work everyday - and I am really happy with my purchase. Thanks again - hope to see you in the future sometime when I want to get something else! Cheers !!

Well 27 bikes bought from Motorbiking and what can I say? I have bought bikes from Pete, Guy and a long time ago even Adrian I think!
Their level of enthusiasm, attention to detail and after service is second to none in my opinion.

Over the years I have usually traded up, but when times were tough or I needed cash, in a hurry they always managed to work out a deal and help me out.
My latest bike was bought on the 23rd of December and Guy informed me he had given himself a deserved break over Christmas, so could I phone him on the 2nd of January.

Well I love Christmas but those few days couldn't go by quick enough, so on the 2nd I phoned at 5 past 9....well I thought I'd let them get through the door!
I spoke to Paul and Guy, who apparently said when the phone rang 'who the hell can that be'!

After passing the phone over Guy said they would get the bike Moted and would I like it delivered that afternoon? :-)

When Guy arrived at my house he asked if I wanted to check over my Speed Triple to make sure I was happy before he unloaded it having not seen it in the flesh. I didn't have to look even though over the years I have bought bikes from OTHER dealers and very nearly always been let down, disappointed and more than once blatantly lied too!
I did look though and as usual, no problems with the bike just as I expected, still can't believe I have this brilliant 1050 speed triple sat I my garage :-)

Hello Paul Varadero was delivered this morning.Its absolutely minted. Am not dissapointed as you said! Wasn't sure about buying without seeing first, but to be honest your website looked honest and the testimonials sold it to me. Can't thank you enough. Bought bike for my son for his seventeenth birthday and to replace his scooter which was written off in an accident (other driver didnt see him! ). He is well pleased with it, just need to teach him how to change gears now!

A quick note of thanks to you both for my Fazer 1000 and the great customer service you have provided. Very pleased. I had been considering a change for some time and have always liked the Gen 1 Fazer. Sure enough, if you keep looking Motorbiking always seem to come up with the perfect bike for you. I was lucky to find that an immaculate low mileage model had just arrived. Following a visit to see the bike in the flesh and a short test ride, I decided to proceed subject to a fair trade in deal on my previous bike. The Fazer was priced towards the top end due to its condition and mileage, however I received a generous trade-in deal too on my previous bike due to its age and condition, making the cost of change a very reasonable deal overall. Following purchase and after a fair few miles, I noticed that the clutch didn't quite feel right when the bike is hot. I contacted Guy and Paul and they checked the bike over, agreed with me and arranged that a replacement clutch was supplied and fitted without quibble and the bike is now spot on - First class customer service. I would definitely recommend Motorbiking if you are looking for a change. You only have to look at the pictures on their website to see the quality of the bikes they sell.

Hi Guy,just a quick note to say a huge thank you for making my purchase such a pleasant experience. I had been looking for some time for a clean, well-maintained R1 and had visited many showrooms only to find that "mint condition" seemed a loose definition!
That said, Guy's fantastic photographs on his website showed the bike in such close detail that it gave me the confidence to take a 2 hour trip to Christchurch in the hope that this was indeed a mint bike. And I wasn't disappointed. Not only was the R1 in question a spotless example, but every other motorcycle in his showroom was equally as impressive! Guy clearly is not interested in selling average second-hand bikes, only well-kept quality ones!
I would not hesitate in recommending Guy and Motorbiking to anyone - if you are looking for a dealer that offers great value for money, an impressive range, and careful stocking of only mint condition bikes, this should be the first place to look.
Thanks for making this such an easy buying decision, it's nice to meet a dealer that truly cares about the bikes he sells and the friendly experience he offers.

As promised - I'm writing you an e-mail, as I got home.

I took the bike from you and next 15 days I rode it through all kinds of conditions and roads - night, highways, country roads, fog, rain and mountain passes. I took the bike to Verdon Gorge and Col du Turini and it handled perfectly everything I was throwing at her. And the ride on the coast of French Riviera was pure pleasure.

Just as you promised - the bike took me safely 3000 mile to home in Bulgaria without a single hitch. Thank you for your efforts and help.

Firstly I have to say thank you to Guy and the team at Motorbiking for such a brilliant, friendly and hassle free purchase!!

I had recently sold an Aprilia Tuono, and fancied a complete change so decided to find a Triumph Rocket 3, I spent about a week trawling the internet, and looking at bikes, but I kept getting drawn back to the Rocket 3 advertised at Motorbiking, simply because it looked so clean compared to everything else available, even some of the much newer ones.

I spoke with Guy and another member of the team who assured me that I would be incredibly happy with the bike. I then did something I have never done in all the time I have been riding... I bought it unseen over the phone :-0. I must say I didn't sleep a lot that night...... but I didn't have to worry. Guy had the bike serviced the next morning and it was delivered to me the day after that...... brilliant!!

So there I am (sweating like a cornered nun) waiting for the delivery driver to open the van door to see what I had bought..... and I'm looking at a beautiful 04 plate Rocket that seriously looks like a new one!!! The delivery guy rolls it out into the sun, and it shines like a shilling up a sweeps arse.. simply stunning...

When I need another bike, my first port of call will be Guy and the team!!

Came to your shop on recommendation from a friend, and I have certainly not been disappointed. Everything on the description on the website was exactly how the bike was in the flesh (so to speak). Excellent sales service with no pressure. Fantastic back up service.

"After a friend and I recently returned from the Catalunya MotoGP we both had a bee in our bonnet about getting road bikes again. My mate quickly sorted himself out with a new Zed1000. On seeing the bike up close I really liked the style of it so set about searching for one for myself and came across this little beauty. The pictures looked great and the bike seemed in immaculate condition - which was great because I'm a bit anal with cleaning myself! When I saw the bike I was not disappointed and having a quick browse at Guy's other bikes in the shop - as you do! - it typified the quality of the stock he holds.
Having test ridden the bike I was smitten but I'm not one to make an impulsive, emotional decision wanting to think it over over a coffee. There was no pressure from Guy despite another interested party who'd been on the phone whilst I was out on the test ride! 30mins later it was decision made and the deal was done! Guy helped me load the bike into the van and off I went happy as a pig in the proverbial!
It was an absolute delight to deal with both Guy and Paul. Really friendly, personable chaps.
I can't recommend Motorbiking Bournemouth enough and certainly would not hesitate to buy another bike from them in the future. Thank You.

P.S - I'm not normally one to post loads of cr*p on Facebook but I put a pic of my new toy on there when I got home and got it uploaded and I've never had so many 'likes' and positive comments. Everyone thinks it looks AWESOME, really slick and aggressive, and the best bit ................. it's mine!!!! :-)
