I just wanted to say thanks for everything you did to make my purchase as painless as possible. You answered all of my questions and completed the small requests I made without batting an eyelid.

I actually spent around 8 months looking at various bikes and visiting many shops in the process. I'd kept tabs on your website and saw that you were very competitive and were selling a large number of bikes, even in these difficult times, which prompted me to investigate further. There was no pressure to buy but I did receive good honest advice. The result is that I bought the bike ideally intended for my height and size that I know I will keep because its a joy to ride.

Just so you know the bike is absolutely spot on and my mates reckon I've got a minter too! Looking forward to the trip to France in a few weeks even more so now that I have the tool to do the job.

After trying to sell my Superduke on eBay for weeks and endless silly offers and tyre kickers I thought I'd try part exchanging my bike and your dealership was the only one I spoke to who didn't try to rip me off or give me silly offers. When I turned up the bike was exactly as described and you guys were very quick and efficient at checking it over, no hassle at all. It was good to see the workshop was clean and organised and all the bikes in the showroom were good quality clean bikes, giving me a lot of faith in you as a dealer. I have already recommended Motorbiking to friends and will certainly be in touch when looking to change my bike again. Fantastic buying experience. As for the Fireblade, its an awesome piece of kit. I've got the suspension dialled in now and starting to do some scratching on it, as I said, it's like new to ride and very rewarding.

I took delivery of the VFR yesterday on time and as arranged with Paul of BikeTrans (he really is a very good operator). I am sending you this to let you know that I am delighted with the bike - it is fantastic - I have already done 250 miles on it (it would be rude not to enjoy it in the weather we are having!). During a regular scan of the Motorbiking website I spotted a bike I fancied. I went down to Motorbiking and the bike was as good as the pictures / description on their website had suggested. I did the deal with Paul - got a good PX on my old bike and a few mods to the new bike. There were no pressure tactics - just a straight forward, honest and hassle free service. I would happily recommend them and they will be my first port of call when I change bike next.
