ABOUT THE BIKE

Now this unusual!

A model that we have not had through our doors in a fair few years, purely down to the age of these machines now.
However, this is an exception!

A 2001 BMW R1100S that has covered just 13,243 miles in its lifetime with only two owners from new...
no servo-assisted ABS brakes, no electronic suspension adjustment, no riding modes and no electronic instruments.
Those that know us will also know that we like our bikes clean and this one is superb. Of course given the age of the bike, there is some weathering (and that's us being critical!) but, this machine is far above your average example!

The bike is as original as you will find too, with the exception of some fasteners replaced with stainless steel alternatives.
Sensible extras added such as a rear hugger, BMW rocker cover guards, BMW pannier rails and a tasteful carbon front mud guard, the bike is totally unm@lested throughout.
It even comes with the original tool kit, all neatly placed under the seat, just as it came from the factory.

In addition, the complete document pack is present. Both the Riders manual and the Service record booklet are present, along with all three keys and even the original key number tag.

There is a BMW service history in-line with the mileage and, the bike will be fully serviced, with a fresh pair of tyres for the new owner.
