Hi Guy and Paul

I feel I must write and express my delight and satisfaction with my recent purchase from 'Motorbiking'.
I have always wanted to return to a big Kawasaki and you had the ideal bike with the best specification and price I could find. As you know once I had viewed and test ridden the machine my mind was made up, I was going to purchase it and ride it home (best way to get to know it, albeit 150 odd miles in early January with sub-zero wind chill and sometimes icy road conditions, oh and did I mention the salt, however the bike did not miss a beat, was very stable and gave loads of confidence, best thing.., well that was waking up the gentle people of Bath from their wintry slumber with the thumping bass beat that is the exhaust note from the 'Beowulf' cans, lovely.
I lam looking forward to enjoying many miles on this machine and can only say thanks for the great service to date and look forward to dropping in for 'tea and biscuits' during the coming biking months

From my first telephone conversation with Guy regarding my interest in the Ducati SF 09 plate,things were always up front and open about the condition and the situation regarding a few points that needed clarification.
What ever I requested regarding more photos and details about the service history of this bike they were more than willing to email all relevant information the same day.
Felt comfortable during every conversation we had discussing the bike.
Made the purchase without visiting the shop.
Bike was delivered as agreed, when I viewed the bike for the first time I was totally over the Moon. The pre-prep was first class and the bike was better than I could have expected.

How difficult these days is it to find good honest people who have values and morals.

Thanks for all your help and hope to do business with you in the future.

Just a quick note to say thanks very much for all your patience, advice and excellent service re the purchase of my CBF 600. I'm pleased that I made a good choice and am sure it will serve me well for my needs. Just looking for excuse to test out those panniers!

I'm very happy to recommend Motorbiking to anyone. I was given sound advice, realistic appraisals of a couple of bikes I was looking at and didn't feel pressurized in any way. Also, very impressed by the very quick turnover time (Monday - deal done ....... Wednesday - bike ready for collection - MOT, serviced etc.).

Just wanted to let you know that I've now been out for 2 decent runs on the Pegaso, and I am delighted with it. It's always a bit of a worry when you buy a bike without riding it first, but I'm pleased to say it has more than met my expectations. It'll be ideal for trips where the Norge is a bit too big and cumbersome, and I am eagerly looking forward to loading up the panniers for a camping trip in the next couple of weeks.
The bike was prepared to a very nice standard, and the whole purchase process just seemed so easy.
Many thanks for all your help.

ps - the Power Commander certainly seems to do it's job, the fuelling pick-up is much better than I thought it would be.

I'm extremely pleased with the Kawasaki ZZR1200,condition was as stated on phone and pics.
I traveled down from Staffordshire on your description.I wasn't disappointed.
After looking round your shop and the other stock,I was pleased to see that they too were very clean,very tidy and reasonably priced.
My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the ride home without incidents.
P.s done over 300 miles in a week :)

I saw a fantastic condition Speed Triple in the shop, really liked the look of it and was offered a test ride.It was great in many ways but not quite the right bike for me at the time. Unlike many shops there was no pressure after the test ride or sulky salesman, just a cheery "keep looking at our stock we might see you again".
This I did and a few months later saw, tested and purchased a fully loaded,nice condition Tiger 800XC at a fair price and with peace of mind of Motorbiking's warranty .
The bike was great and Ive used it alot ,but after while I did have a problem, all be it a minor one, with the heated grips. A quick call to Guy, and instead of the usual "well its not really a main part of the bike" type of response Ive had before from dealers, straight away "yes bring it in well sort it". Which they did.
So all in all if you want a dealer that as well as having a good stock of clean varied bikes, is very knowledgeable about bikes in general and treats you the same when you are handing over the cash or when you have a problem then give them a go, I will certainly deal with them again.

Just had to let you all know at Motorbiking what a pleasure it was to do business with you, just sometimes you find a bike shop that says what it means on the tin,the GSXR750 was described as mint on your website,and after some 40 years as a biker ,mint can mean a lot of things, how surprised I was after traveling some 90 miles to your showroom. I run a small motorbike club and the guys were more than impressed with my bike.
The bike was spot on in every way,really helpful when I arrived to pick up the bike ,would recommend this bike shop to any one ,thanks again.
